Dear Dr. Whitmore:

Re: Letter regarding Dr. Nitin Chopra (CPSO #: 110654)

I am following up on my previous letter regarding your member, Dr. Nitin Chopra.

Please be advised that some of your members are conducting a witch-hunt against patients who use cannabis for medical purposes. My complaint against Dr. Chopra was dismissed, and your member’s unprofessional conduct was covered up.

Therefore, I am pleased to announce the launch of Psychiatry Blacklists1. This will be an additional measure that I am hoping will help protect Canadians from predators like Dr. Chopra. Similar cases2 will be documented, and the physicians responsible for this witch-hunt will be blacklisted. This is because patients are not preys, nor guinea pigs. If Dr. Chopra wants to conduct experiments on us, he needs our consent, period.

Furthermore, according to the Medical Council of Canada, Dr. Chopra and other graduates from International American University are not eligible anymore for medical licensure.3 The CPSO failed to ensure that all their members are properly qualified to practise medicine. As a result, patients are harmed, and their lives are ruined by incompetent physicians. Consequently, I will also list all the members who bought their medical degrees from banana republics.4

Moreover, since Dr. Chopra suspended my driver's licence for refusing to take his harmful and addictive drug5, I would appreciate if he could do me one last favour, and ask his colleagues at Shoppers Drug Mart to suspend my medical cannabis prescription as well. Because, while my driver’s licence is suspended for cannabis use, Shoppers Drug Mart is harassing me to renew my medical cannabis prescription.

It is totally unacceptable that some health professionals behave like drug dealers. They prescribe drugs like candies, they fight for their territory, and they retaliate against anyone who does not comply with their requests. I was seeking therapy for some minor mental health issues, I ended up being a collateral damage of a dirty war being waged by Big Pharma and some physicians in order to keep their market share.6

Lastly, please also be advised that I will not forget, and I will not forgive, and I will not comply, and I will not be silenced. Whether this takes a month, a year, or ten years, I will continue fighting until justice is done, and my dignity is back.

Sincerely,
